Through this collaboration, DS Pharma Services will act as SoftGroup’s local partner in Singapore, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers, CMOs, and supply-chain stakeholders with system implementation, validation, and operational support for serialization and track & trace projects in regulated markets. 

DS Pharma Services brings strong hands-on expertise in full serialization and aggregation system deployments, covering both hardware and software installations, as well as complete Operational and Performance Qualifications (OQPQ). Operating under Singapore law and regulatory requirements, the company provides local execution capabilities tailored to the needs of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging environments. 

The partnership aims to support pharmaceutical companies in meeting increasing regulatory expectations, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring uninterrupted operations across global supply chains by combining local execution with enterprise-grade compliance technology.
