Implementation Engineer

We are a team of result-driven people, and our ace is innovation, dedication, attention to detail, and profound knowledge of our customers. We are looking for an Engineer (Serialization & Aggregation) to join our growing Implementation Department. The role includes working on specific projects within a project team to integrate and implement a vendor-specific serialization platform as part of the development, FAT and SAT support efforts at both our production and customer sites. This is a customer-facing role requiring clear and effective communication with different levels of stakeholders.


Main responsibilities:


  • Join our Implementation team responsible for the worldwide Integration and Implementation of Serialization and Aggregation solutions;
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure solutions meet the agreed scope and timelines and are within the regulatory requirements;
  • Identity technical issues coming from functional testing;
  • Perform Installation Qualification (IQ) tests on installed equipment on site, according to developed associated documentation;
  • Support and/or perform Operational Qualification (OQ) tests on installed equipment on site, according to developed associated documentation;
  • Perform data and test scripts in support of IQ, OQ procedures;
  • Support and assist in the execution of validation strategy and validation master plans;




  • University degree in Information Technologies/Computer Science or relevant education;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role would be considered an advantage;
  • Electrical hardware knowledge – read and understand equipment electrical schematics and drawings. Must have some background in assembling new electrical controls circuits for automated equipment including relays, motors, PLCs, and computer interfaces;
  • Basic Network Device Configuration, Remote Desktop, Network communications protocols, TeamViewer;
  • Valid driving license and avilbility to travel abroad;
  • Customer-service oriented – effectively communicate and translate technical topic to a non-technical audience;

Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With communication, organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.




  • Work closely with Project Managers to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate project activities (including assisting in the creation of user stories, tasks, etc) and ensure that all team members are working together effectively
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
  • Provide colleagues with clear guidance and necessary information for each task
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
  • Organizing reports, invoices, orders, and other financial files

Technical Support Officer - Tier 1

SoftGroup is looking for technically oriented candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the internal technical teams.

Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly and create written reports, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.




  • Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Describe and escalate more complex issues to the next level of support or the software implementation and development department
  • Ensure SLA compliance with SoftGroup’s service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple goals and tasks
