DevOps Engineer

Main responsibilities:

 

  •  Identify sources of manual work related to onboarding new projects from inception to CI/CD pipeline and strive to automate as much as possible
  •  Identify roadblocks and inefficiencies in the current workflow, and work with teams to plan and remediate improvements
  •  Ensure seamless integration into existing pipeline
  •  Reduce the time it takes to build, deploy, and configure software to all environments
  •  Support CI/CD pipeline automation on dev, test, staging and production environments (Azure DevOps server)
  •  Refine/improve security, resiliency, and performance
  •  Continuously improve infrastructure to be easy to deploy, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant
  •  Design and implement tools for automated deployment and monitoring.
  •  Work in an agile environment collaborating with the rest of engineering team.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field
  •  3+ years DevOps/Software Engineering experience
  •  3+ years of experience with tools like Jenkins/Hudson, TeamCity, Artifactory
  •  2+ years of Bash and Python scripting
  •  Strong knowledge in Azure DevOps Source control
  •  Extensive experience in Windows
  •  Strong aptitude in troubleshooting / problem-solving
  •  Experience with managing scalable, distributed systems
  •  Very good written and verbal English skills

Implementation Engineer

Main responsibilities:

 

  •  Join our Implementation team responsible for the worldwide Integration and Implementation of Serialization and Aggregation solutions
  •  Work closely with the project team to ensure solutions meet the agreed scope and timelines and are within the regulatory requirements
  •  Identity technical issues coming from functional testing
  •  Perform Installation Qualification (IQ) tests on installed equipment on site, according to developed associated documentation
  •  Support and/or perform Operational Qualification (OQ) tests on installed equipment on site, according to developed associated documentation
  •  Perform data and test scripts in support of IQ, OQ procedures
  •  Support and assist in the execution of validation strategy and validation master plans;

 

 

Requirements:

 

  •  University degree in Information Technologies/Computer Science or relevant education
  •  Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role would be considered an advantage
  •  Electrical hardware knowledge – read and understand equipment electrical schematics and drawings. Must have some background in assembling new electrical controls circuits for automated equipment including relays, motors, PLCs, and computer interfaces
  •  Basic Network Device Configuration, Remote Desktop, Network communications protocols, TeamViewer
  •  Valid driving license and avilbility to travel abroad
  •  Customer-service oriented – effectively communicate and translate technical topic to a non-technical audience

Project Manager

The role itself:

 

  • Being part of a team that works in collaboration with management, Automation, QA and R&D teams
  • Leading projects for the client(s) in the Pharma industry
  • Analyzing customer requirements, facilitating and delivering technical solutions
  • Preparing estimates for execution in collaboration with technical team members
  • Developing and tracking detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers and upper management of any risk areas
  • Adhering to a particular to the client’s internal processes during all steps of a project – idea, patent, requirements, specifications, designs, implementation, bug fixing, QA, support
  • Build and maintain the confidence of colleagues and customers
  • Ensuring and assigning resources per project needs
  • Participating and representing the client’s product in pre-sales activities
  • Work with the Key Stakeholders to understand the initial scope of a new project.
  • Responsible for the overall successful project delivery through the complete project lifecycle. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget; achieves the target margin; and meets client and technical requirements.
  • Develop, maintain and manage the project plan, ensuring the right balance of scope, budget, timeline, and risk is in place.
  • Ensures project is on track, as well as focusing on the quality of deliverables, project schedule, client satisfaction, financial performance, risks, and issues.
  • Produce regular project reports for all stakeholders, including the project team

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Head the planning and implementation of large-size projects or several projects simultaneously within agreed cost, timeframe, quality standard, and scope
  • Track, manage and report on project progress in regards to deliverables, timeframes, quality, and risks to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Provide accurate projections and actions on project changes based on business, technological, or client-influenced requirements
  • Proactively support members of the project from both internal teams and external representatives
  • Develop and conduct strategic plans to solve significant escalations and mitigate critical risks
  • Bring in best practices, knowledge, and experience in project management from the software industry;

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in project management in the software industry and a good understanding of IT fundamentals (Agile/ Waterfall Methodology)
  • To have, at least, one of these certifications: PMP, SPO, SM
  • Are experienced in improving project management tools and techniques to contribute toward the management and optimization of multiple project teams
  • Possess leadership and negotiation skills
  • Can work independently with little to no direct supervision and guidance
  • Able to work with tight deadlines, able to prioritize and resolve critical and complex issues
  • Speak English fluently and have clear writing skills for communicating with customers and colleagues.
