SoftGroup is looking for technically oriented candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the internal technical teams.
Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly and create written reports, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
- Describe and escalate more complex issues to the next level of support or the software implementation and development department
- Ensure SLA compliance with SoftGroupโs service
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple goals and tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Responsibility and focusing on results, meeting challenging deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows ะS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Apps โ MS Office, Outlook, Teams
- Familiar with databases. Experience working with MS-SQL/Firebird
- Availability to work night and weekend shifts (on duty)
- Be comfortable and support customers with business support desk applications, in addition to other desktop apps for remote access
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Russian speaking
- Technically-oriented education and/or training
- Clear driving license
