This year SoftGroup was a General Sponsor of the International Congress and Exhibition Pharma Kazakhstan & Central Asia 2023 that took place in Astana, Kazakhstan on the 13th and 14th of June.

 

SoftGroup was represented by Venelin Dimitrov – CEO, Andrey Atanasov – CRO/ Director Business Development & Sales, and Daniela Hristova – Manager Business Analysis.

 

 

The first day started with a warm speech from SoftGroup`s CEO – Venelin Dimitrov who welcomed everyone at the congress. The program of the event was focused on the CIS region and more specifically on the challenges of serialization and aggregation requirements in Kazakhstan. The main topic was the opportunities for smart growth in the Pharma industry. The event had 2 sessions and SoftGroup had speakers in both.

 

 

A speaker in the first session was Andrey Atanasov and he talked about the importance of Track and Trace in the modernization process in Pharma. Daniela Hristova was SoftGroup’s speaker for the second session and she focused on the topic ”From A to Z of Kazakhstan Track and Trace”.

 

 

During the two-day congress, SoftGroup succeeded in taking part in meetings with leading companies from the Pharma industry in Kazakhstan and CIS region. All different pharma supply chain participants were attentive to discussing the potential for growth and success. Among them were senior executives of investment projects and major pharmaceutical plants, regulators, technology licensors, government officials, manufacturers and distributors.

 

 

Some of the topics that were discussed during the meetings were:

• Options for Serialization and Aggregation implementation that is fully compliant with regulations
• Experience in the construction and possibilities for enterprises modernization
• Opportunities for progress and growth using Track&Trace
• The most important technical and technological innovations
• Plans on strengthening and effective growth of the Pharma industry

 

 

The responsible for organizing the event was Vostock Capital, whose event SoftGroup had been sponsoring for a second year. After the first day of the congress, they organized an official cocktail as a compliment for all guests. This was a great option to develop durable partnerships.
